Thank you for shopping with Hair Spray Labs LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through hairsupply.co.


1. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Processing times may be longer during peak seasons, holidays, or unexpected delays.

We do not process or ship orders on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.


2. Shipping Within the United States

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.

Estimated delivery times (after the order has been processed):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot modify the shipping address.


3. International Shipping

We ship internationally where allowed.
International delivery times vary depending on destination, carrier, and customs processing.

Customer Responsibility (Important):

International customers are solely responsible for:

  • All import taxes

  • Customs duties

  • VAT

  • Brokerage fees

  • Any government inspection charges

We do not reimburse or cover these costs.


4. Customs, Import Laws & Legal Compliance

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • It is your responsibility to ensure that minoxidil is legal to purchase, import, and possess in your country or region.

  • We do not guarantee that the Product will be accepted by your customs authority.

  • We do not provide refunds for products seized, delayed, or rejected by customs or other regulatory agencies.

If you are unsure whether minoxidil is permitted where you live, you must check with your local authority before ordering.


5. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number (if available).
Some international carriers provide limited or no tracking once the package leaves the United States.


6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses

  • Packages lost due to incomplete or inaccurate information

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for paying additional shipping costs for reshipment.


7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is handed over to the carrier, we are no longer responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Delayed deliveries

  • Carrier errors

  • Weather or natural disaster delays

  • Customs or inspection delays

Claims for lost or stolen packages must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.
