Refund & Subscription Policy – Hair Spray Labs LLC

This Refund & Subscription Policy applies to all purchases made from Hair Spray Labs LLC (“HairSupply”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) through hairsupply.co.

By purchasing any product from our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.


1. 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee (First Order Only)

HairSupply offers a 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee exclusively on the first purchase of Zeus Blend.

This guarantee does NOT apply to:

  • Subscription renewal orders

  • Second or subsequent purchases

  • Bundles or promotional offers

  • Wholesale or bulk orders

To qualify for the 90-day guarantee, the customer must:

  • Use the product consistently for at least 90 days

  • Follow the recommended usage instructions

  • Provide documentation of consistent use if requested

Hair regrowth treatments require consistent daily use, and results may vary between individuals.

If approved, the refund will apply only to the original purchase price of the first order.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


2. Subscription Terms & Customer Responsibility

Certain products on hairsupply.co are offered as subscription products with automatic recurring billing.

By purchasing a subscription product, you authorize Hair Spray Labs LLC to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to the selected subscription plan.

Subscription orders renew automatically until canceled.

Customers are responsible for managing their subscription.

Customers must notify us at least five (5) business days before the next billing date if they wish to:

  • Cancel a subscription

  • Pause a subscription

  • Skip an upcoming order

  • Change the delivery schedule

Requests received less than 5 business days before billing may not be processed in time and the order will proceed as scheduled.


3. No Refunds on Subscription Renewals

Once a subscription renewal order has been processed or shipped, the order is considered final and non-refundable.

Failure to cancel or modify the subscription in time does not qualify for a refund.

This policy is in place to prevent abuse of subscription systems and ensure fair processing for all customers.


4. Returns

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used products, including any topical solution containing minoxidil.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unopened

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery

HairSupply reserves the right to deny any return request that does not meet these requirements.


5. Refund Processing

If an eligible return is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

We will replace the item at no additional cost.


7. Lost, Stolen, or Seized Packages

HairSupply is not responsible for:

  • Packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers

  • Packages seized or delayed by customs authorities

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

International customers are responsible for all import duties, VAT, taxes, and customs fees required by their country.


8. Exchanges

HairSupply does not offer direct exchanges.

If a customer wishes to receive a different product, a new order must be placed.


9. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used products

  • Subscription renewal orders

  • Items returned after 30 days

  • Items damaged by misuse or improper storage

  • Items refused due to customs restrictions


10. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase on hairsupply.co, customers acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Subscription Policy.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for an order that follows the terms outlined in this policy may be considered fraudulent activity.

HairSupply reserves the right to provide payment processors, banks, and dispute investigators with documentation, including:

  • Order confirmation

  • Delivery confirmation

  • Subscription agreement acceptance

  • Customer communication records
