Important Before You Order
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the import and use of this product complies with local laws and regulations in their country. HairSupply is not liable for any issues related to customs, import restrictions, or legal compliance in the destination country.
Prices
All prices on HairSupply I/S are in local currencies and include VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Subject to sold-out items.
Payment
HairSupply I/S accepts payment by VISA, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, UnionPay, and American Express. Payment is only charged when the item is shipped. All prices are in local currencies and include VAT. Subject to pricing errors and sold-out/discontinued items.
Shipping
HairSupply I/S aims to ship orders placed before 5 PM the same day. Orders placed after that are shipped the next working day.
We ship worldwide. Shipping prices start from $5 USD.
Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
We ship with PostNord and use local couriers in the destination country.
Delivery takes place on business days. Delivery time is typically 3–5 business days within the EU and 5–7 business days outside the EU.
Some products may have special shipping conditions, which will be stated before purchase.
Right of Complaint
You have a 2-year right of complaint under Danish law. This applies to defects in materials or manufacturing. Depending on the case, the item may be repaired, exchanged, refunded, or discounted.
The right of complaint does not cover damage caused by incorrect use.
You must complain within a “reasonable time” after discovering the defect.
HairSupply I/S covers reasonable return costs.

We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery (COD).
Refunds
If a refund is agreed upon, please provide your bank account number so we can transfer the amount. These details can safely be sent via email as they are not sensitive and will only be used for the refund.
Right of Withdrawal
You have a 14-day full right of withdrawal on items purchased in our webshop.
The period is counted from the day:
• You receive the order.
• You receive the last item in an order with multiple shipments.
• You receive the last part in a delivery made in parts.
• You receive the first item in a recurring delivery.
Return shipping costs are your own responsibility.
You must notify us of the cancellation within 14 days of purchase and return the item within another 14 days after that.
Notification must be sent to contact@hairsupply.co and should clearly state that you wish to use your right of withdrawal.

You cannot cancel your purchase simply by refusing delivery.
Items Exempt from Withdrawal
The following items are not covered by the right of withdrawal:
• Custom-made or personalized items
• Sealed goods not suitable for return due to health/hygiene reasons if the seal is broken
• Goods that are inseparably mixed with others
• Items with broken seals
Returns
You must return the item without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of the withdrawal.
You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Make sure the item is securely packaged.
Include a copy of the order confirmation and preferably the completed withdrawal form.
You bear the risk for the item until it is received by us.
We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery (COD).
Condition of Returned Items
You are only liable for any reduction in the item’s value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to determine the item’s nature, features, and functioning – as in a physical store.
If the item has been used more than that, it is considered used, and you may receive only part or none of the original amount back, depending on the item’s resale value.
To receive the full amount back, you must return the item in essentially the same condition as received.
Refunds After Withdrawal
If you cancel your purchase, we will refund the full amount paid.
If the item has lost value and you are liable, this amount will be deducted.
All payments, including standard delivery costs, will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we have received notice of your withdrawal.
We refund via the same payment method used unless otherwise agreed.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the item or documentation for its return.

To complete a purchase, we need the following information:

We process this data to deliver your order and handle questions regarding your purchase.
